Delete your account

You can delete your Rukalya account at any time, right in the app. It is permanent: your account and your data are deleted and can't be recovered.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open Rukalya and go to Settings.
  2. Tap Account.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently deletes your account and your data.

If you share a household

If other people share your household, the shared family data, like trips, plans and lists, stays with them, so their trips aren't lost. Your personal data and your membership in the household are deleted.

Offline maps and other data saved on your phone are erased when you sign out.

Can't open the app?

Email support@rukalya.com from the email address you use for Rukalya, with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete your account and your data within 30 days.
