How do I invite my partner?
Invite them to your household from the family sharing part of the app. Once they join, you both see the same trips, plans and lists, in real time.
How many people can join a household?
Up to 8 members. Everyone in the household sees the same trips, plans and lists, and each person keeps their own settings.
Does Rukalya work offline?
Yes. Your trips, plans and lists work without a connection, and your changes sync when you're back online. For maps, download them before you go.
How do I download offline maps?
Before you leave, while you still have Wi-Fi, open the map in Rukalya and download the area you'll visit. The map stays on your phone until you sign out.
How many photos can I upload?
For now, each account can upload up to 100 photos to the travel journal.
Do you sell my data?
No. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it for advertising.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account. Can't open the app? Email us from your account email and we'll do it for you.
When is Android coming?
We're launching on iPhone first. Android will come later, and we don't have a date yet.
